Sell

Quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, invoices and returns, and the counter's day end.

  1. Sales invoices

Bill a customer. One invoice records what they owe, the sale, the tax and the stock that leaves.

  2. Quotations

Quote your prices to a customer, then turn the quote into an order, a delivery or an invoice.

  3. Sales orders

Record what a customer has ordered, then deliver it and bill it without keying it again.

  4. Delivery orders

The note that goes with the goods. Bill it later by turning it into a sales invoice.

  5. Cash sales

The bills rung up at the counter. Look them up, reprint a receipt, or cancel a bill.

  6. Sales returns

Take goods back from a customer. The stock comes back and the customer is credited.

  7. Day end

Close the counter for the day. See what was taken, then count the cash drawer.

  8. Card settlements

Record the card company's payout, so card takings move into your bank, less its charge.

  9. Promotions

Price rules for the counter, such as RM2 off an item or 5% off when the customer buys three.
