How to use this wiki
One short guide for every screen in eaasycount, in the order of the app's menu.
This wiki has one guide for each screen in eaasycount. The guides follow the menu on the left of the app, so Sell, Customers, Buy and the rest are in the same order here.
Find a guide
- Search: type a few words in the box at the top, for example "receive payment" or "bank". Press / to jump to the box.
- From the menu: the list on the left of every guide follows the app's menu. On a phone it is under Guides.
- Start here if you are new: Find your way round.
Reading a guide
Each guide starts with what the screen is for, then a picture of it. The numbers on the picture match the list under it. Bold words are written exactly as they are on the screen, so you can look for them.
The steps show the usual way to do the job. If something goes wrong lists the messages people meet most, with what to do.
The pictures
The pictures are real screens from eaasycount, showing the sample company Contoh Trading Sdn Bhd and its sample customers and items. Your own screens show your company's records.
Something missing or wrong?
eaasycount changes often, and the guides change with it. If a guide does not match your screen, let Threecom know and the guide will be fixed.
