When the trial ends
Nothing is deleted or hidden. Everything you entered in the trial, stock cards and payslips too, still opens and prints. Only new entries in a part your plan lacks are refused, with a message that names the plan you need.
On the Free plan, each posted invoice, bill, receipt, payment, credit note, cash book entry, contra and journal counts as one transaction. A voided document does not count, so an edit counts once, and opening balances do not count. The count starts again on the 1st of each month.
